We use Swiss Water processed beans, both fair trade and organic, from South America, roasted to a beautiful medium-dark.
This creates a smooth cup, slightly sweet, that you can enjoy any time of day.
We never liked decaffeinated coffee until we roasted our own! You can't even tell it's decaf!
